Welcome to Sly Studio. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.slystudio.co.nz  By using our site or purchasing products, you agree to be legally bound by them, and to comply with New Zealand laws.

2. Products

All T-shirts and products sold through Sly Studio are hand-printed, made in small batches, and may vary slightly from item to item. Colours, sizes, and placement of prints may vary slightly from product images due to the handmade nature of screen printing.

We make every effort to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable).

We accept secure online payments via [insert payment providers, e.g., Stripe, PayPal]. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand and selected international locations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Delivery times may vary due to location or courier delays.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason.

We do not accept returns for:

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Sly Studio and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sly Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our products or website. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, beyond those required under New Zealand law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
