SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all orders from our South Auckland studio using tracked courier services. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Processing time:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak times or promotional periods, there may be slight delays.

New Zealand Shipping:
– Flat rate shipping: $6 NZD
– Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (rural may take longer)

International Shipping:Please email, [email protected] for internatioanl shipping enquiries.

Sustainable Packaging:
All items are shipped in compostable courier bags with recyclable or recycled protective materials wherever possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your T-shirt, but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email, [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Please note:
– Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
– All returned items must be in original condition with tags
– Sale items, custom prints, and made-to-order items are final sale

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll organise a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
