Sly Studio

Wear your values, Sly Studio creates ethical screen-printed t-shirts using natural fabrics and rescued garments, reconstructing and reinventing. Every piece is made in our Tāmaki Makaurau studio with sustainability, quality, and longevity at the core.

Slow Fashion, Made with Purpose

At Sly Studio, we’re redefining what it means to get dressed. Our pieces are hand-printed in small batches, often on rescued and revived garments, turning forgotten clothes into wearable art.

Founded by Louise Sly, a New Zealand surface pattern designer and screen printer, our mission is simple: to make clothing that’s as unique as the person wearing it, without compromising our planet.

Why Sly Studio is Different

We don’t just design clothes – we create sustainable fashion stories. Each print is sketched, cut, and screen-printed by hand using eco-friendly inks. Our garments are designed to be worn, repaired, and loved for years, not seasons.

When you buy from Sly Studio, you’re joining a movement of slow fashion lovers who believe style should never come at the cost of people or planet. Furthering this commitment, I’ve partnered with One Tree Planted to give back to the planet. For every online sale, we donate trees to help restore forests and ecosystems around the world. It’s a small way to make a big impact—one T-shirt at a time:)

So whether you’re looking for unique hand printed art piece, or graphic, artist-designed and printed T-shirts, I hope you find something here that speaks to you. Thanks for supporting slow fashion and sustainable creativity!
